Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or warehouse environment and possess a solid understanding of mechanical processes. This role involves operating various tools and equipment to assist in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. A general laborer will be assigned duties as needed—from across the manufacturing floor to within a specific team. They will complete their work in a timely manner and collaborate with teammates and team leaders to identify and solve problems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in metal fabrication or a related field is a plus
  • Track record of high attendance in previous employment
  • Ability to perform measurements using tape measures and similar tools
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Computer literacy skills—email, Word, Excel
  • Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

  • Physical lifting and movement: Ability to walk or stand 8-12 hours a day. Ability to lift, push, pull or move 50 pounds. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Manual dexterity for precise adjustments and handling of components.
